POLICY AND PROCEDURES

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped same day unless an item is ordered that is not in our catalog and requires a "Special Order", which may take 2-3 days.

When placing your order, please select your desired method of shipping:

• First Class Mail - All orders are shipped insured.  To assure same day shipping, please place your orders by 3 p.m. Mon.-Thurs. and by 2 p.m. on Fridays.
• Express Mail - next day.
• DHL - next day. DHL - 2nd day.
• Fed. Ex. - next day a.m., p.m., 2nd day.
• Messenger in Tri-County Area. Tri-County Messenger Service is available for those who subscribe. Orders shipped via messenger must be placed by 2:00pm.
• Delivery in Detroit Metropolitan Area. Deliveries are made in the Detroit Metropolitan Area on Tuesday and Thursday. When a Holiday falls on a Monday, deliveries are changed to Wednesday and Thursday.
• Pick up at our office - order must be placed first.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

• If you have a customer ID #, your payment has already been established.
• New customers pay by credit card until credit is established.
• Terms are applied to customers with approved credit.
• Customers may also pay with their Refining results.
• All Special Orders must be Pre-Paid and are non-refundable, non-returnable.

Open Accounts
Net 30-day terms are available to accounts that have established credit.  A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% A.P.R.) will be applied to account balances over 30 days old.  G&S Metals reserve the right to hold shipments on past due accounts.

Credit Card Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Save C.O.D. charges and Pre-Pay shipping time by using your credit card.  We request that your signature is on file and that you specify "Credit Card" as your method of payment when placing your order.  Ask for a signature form.

Pay With Refining
You may use your refining results to pay on your account.

Advance On Refining
You may take product, 24K, or dollars (subject to 1% advance fee) against a refining lot once we receive and have inspected it. We advance up to 80% of estimated value of your refining lot.

Return Policy
Satisfaction is our policy. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. Special ordered items or items altered in any way cannot be accepted for credit. Return items in their original packaging.
G&S Metals charges a restocking fee of 15%.

We do not accept C.O.D.
